From The Crypt to The Crypt 2

The Crypt 2 is the sequel to the original The Crypt, bringing back the same undead, music-inspired world while giving the gameplay a makeover.

The original The Crypt featured famous musical legends in zombified form, along with cascading reels, xNudge Wilds, xWays and Resurrection Spins. The sequel keeps the xNudge Wilds and xWays but changes how its Dead Legends interact with the rest of the game.

Rather than just turning Dead Legends into Wilds, The Crypt 2 uses them as part of an Eye Collection system. This gives the sequel its own identity while retaining some of the mechanics that made the original recognisable.

A Heavy Metal Graveyard

The Crypt 2 is set in a gloomy, monochrome graveyard, complete with purple mist, skeletons, bones and plenty of undead characters.
